This page explains what happens to your details when you join the OpenBell waitlist. Last updated 6 November 2026.

Who we are

OpenBell is a trading name of Ciall Group Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI734722). Registered office: 11 Massey Court, Belfast, BT4 3GJ, United Kingdom. Ciall Group Ltd is the data controller. If OpenBell becomes its own company, your details will move to it, and we'll tell you first.

What we collect

Your email address; whether you want to buy or sell; the type of organization, if you choose one; when you joined and confirmed; the page that referred you, if your browser shares it; the invite code you arrived with, if any, so the person who invited you moves up the line; and, if an AI assistant signed you up for you, the assistant's name. We also keep your place in line and your own invite code.

Confirming your email

When you join, we email you a link to confirm. Until you confirm, you're not on the list. If you don't confirm within 30 days, your details are deleted automatically. If someone entered your address without asking you, ignore the email and that's the end of it.

Why

To review your request for early access, and to tell you about OpenBell: early access and launch. We rely on your consent, which you give by joining and confirming. We will not sell your details, and we will not use them for anything else.

Who handles it for us

Amazon Web Services stores the waitlist in London (eu-west-2) and serves this site through its worldwide network. Resend sends our emails from its EU region (Ireland). Both act only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Until OpenBell launches and for up to two years after, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing deletes your details from the waitlist straight away; our automatic backups keep a copy for up to 35 days before it is gone for good.

Your browser

The site sets no cookies and has no analytics or tracking. We count visits to the home page as one number per day, with nothing about you attached: no IP address, no identifier. The site stores small flags in your browser so the intro plays once per visit, a visit is counted once, and it remembers you've joined. They never leave your device.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or write to privacy@getopenbell.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
